If something isn’t quite right, we aim to make the process clear and fair.
Standard Items
For standard, non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With any original packaging intact.

Custom Colour Orders
Custom colour pieces are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
Blind Bags & Limited Drops
Blind Bags and limited drop items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty.
Contents of blind bags vary by design and colour and are selected intentionally.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographs to help assess the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
