Returns Policy

At Beau Beanies, we hope you love your purchase. Each piece is chosen with care, and we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not quite right, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Where a return is confirmed as faulty, we will cover the return postage cost and offer you either:

a full refund, or

an exchange to the same value


All returned items will be inspected on arrival before a refund or exchange is approved.

Items Ordered by Mistake

If you have ordered an item by mistake, or would simply like to return it for any reason other than a fault, you are still welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery. In these cases, return postage costs must be covered by the customer.

Freebies and Promotional Gifts

Please note that all returns must include any freebies, complimentary items, or promotional gifts that were included with the original purchase. If these are not returned, we may not be able to process a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery and returned in an appropriate condition. We recommend packaging your return carefully to make sure it reaches us safely.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund or exchange has been approved.

Where an item is found to be faulty, you may choose between:

a full refund, or

an exchange to the same value


For non-fault returns, any original postage charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
